HEAVY LEGS
If the legs constantly feel heavy, it is often one of the first signs of abnormalities that can lead to the formation of so-called spider veins and varicose veins. The feeling of heaviness in the calves may result from prolonged standing, sitting, or overtraining in athletes. Poor circulation causes swelling and, over time, pain and difficulty in moving.
For the treatment and prevention of heavy leg syndrome, the use of a professional compression calf support, type AS-PU-03, is recommended to improve circulation and reduce fluid stagnation.
Product characteristics:
The AS-PU-03 calf brace is a professional medical device providing effective therapeutic compression. It aids recovery and reduces pain associated with calf muscle strains, shin splints and varicose veins.
Made from the innovative, breathable Power Elastic™ material, it provides graduated compression that improves circulation and reduces the risk of tissue injury.
PowerElastic™ is a very thin and very flexible fabric for the production of delicate and sophisticated orthopedic products. It consists of spandex, the action of which is responsible for proper compression and fitting of the product to the patient's body, and reduces muscle vibrations generated during increased physical exertion. It is responsible for maintaining the proper climate next to the skin and effective drainage of sweat, and its structure guarantees velvety softness to the touch. PowerElastic™ is skin-friendly fabric and has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate.
On the inside, anti-migration silicone is used to prevent the product from rolling and slipping off, even during intense physical activity.
In addition, the brace is equipped with a system of 4 circumferential straps, allowing the compression level to be adjusted according to the individual user’s needs.
It is an ideal post-operative solution to prevent blood clots, as well as for individuals who spend the entire day on their feet.
Purpose of use:
- swelling of the lower leg (shin splints),
- calf pain, cramps and fatigue,
- muscle and soft tissue injuries of the lower leg,
- blood clots prophylaxis after surgery.
WARNING! If you experience tingling or discomfort, remove the product and consult a doctor immediately.
